To place on order, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. We do not accept phone or email orders at this time.

We offer worldwide shipping, but due to the current pandemic, we are not able to ship to certain countries. In order to find out the shipping rates and whether we are shipping to your country, please do check out your cart and it will automatically be identified!

Unless explicitly mentioned, all orders will ship out within 14 days maximum. We always try our best to ship our products as soon as possible, but as we have day-time jobs or due to waiting for restock, orders might take up to 14 days to ship out.

The tracking number will be updated in your Account’s Order Page. Additionally, we will also send you an email update with the tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Yes, you may be charged additional custom fees, VAT or duties upon import of your order to your home country. At this moment, we are not able offer a DDP or Delivered Duty Paid.

*If any orders caused by recipient did not take responsible on customs clearance or reject, the paid order amount will not be refund

Our products will come with 1 year Factory Defect Warranty from the date of purchase. Please register your product on the Product Warranty Registration page after login your account.
