Dont order anything from this site before they cut out this idiot shipping companies like TNT and FEDEX . You will never get your items , and they know it but still send with these shit companies.

Hello sir, apologize for your negative experience with our shipping time. Here is some explanation for your reference. From our system records, you had placed the order on 29th April 2022 and received the tracking number on 2nd May 2022 which within 5 working days as promised. The ETA for all of our shipments is 7-14 working days. The tracking status shows your parcel had been delayed after arriving at the France sorting center, this unexpected delay is beyond our control since each country’s sorting warehouse and customs have different process times for the parcel. From the current time frame, seems the parcel will be delivered within 14 working days as promised. Hopes for your understanding.
